Yes.  As mentioned in a number of other threads, the Titan X are all the same regardless of vendor.  The only thing that changed across them is the warranty support from the vendor.  As also mentioned in other threads, the PCB is the same across these cards and all of the AIO will work with the other reference cooler solutions.  You will simply the 'wrong' labeling on the new shroud.
