I am using the 760Gtx SC ACX cooler 4Gbs memory card and I am having some lag problems while playing BF4.
Someone suggested turning up the voltage a little bit to see if that solves the problem.
Can anyone please suggest what is a safe voltage bump for my video card without burning it out?

Your settings inside the game are most likely too high for your hardware. Turn down the settings. Increasing the voltage isn't going to help with lag.

I know all about my BF4 settings the problem seems to be my video card, I am looking for help for the video card itself. Thanks for replying anyways. :)

Your cpu is the problem! Try to disable "cool and quiet" option in bios. This should fix.

    Coming soon:

This here should help.  If that doesn't work then let us know and we can move forward from there.

What type of lag is it? Graphics lag, Stutter lag, Control lag, Ping lag? Can you describe the lag?

It seems to be graphics lag. My screen seems to flicker sometimes would a voltage bump help? How many millivolts would be safe?

Bumping the voltage for flicker may help. The max millivolts allowed though MSI Afterburner/Precision X is safe.

I would first raise the power limit on the card to max, and then increase the voltage a little at a time manually.  As Sajin noted, the max voltage allowed will be safe, but remember that too much voltage can also make a card unstable.
