Wow..An old thread..If beaconpcguru doesn't answer you and you want a BIOS for an XFX 790i Ultra, you can get them here.
 
Although I had an EVGA 790i FTW and not an Ultra, some people claim an XFX 790i Ultra BIOS (P08/P09) is better/more stable for the EVGA 790i Ultra..I do not personally know, that's just what some people here in the EVGA forums have claimed and you can read through the posts in the link above too..Flash at your own risk.
