Love No. 7, 8, and 9.  I really pull a drooling Homer when i saw them. These are the ones i'd been trying to add for a long, long time.

Those who abuse power, are nothing but scumbags!
The challenge of power is how to use it and not abuse it. When you abuse it, it reverses on you and it hurts you.The abuse of power that seems to create the most unhappiness is when a person uses personal power to get ahead without regards to the welfare of others, people are obsessed with it. You can take a nice person and turn them into a slob, into an insane being, craving power, destroying anything that stands in their way.

Staying in spawn in order to not participate in the main objective of the game is not allowed

That looks like a loophole to give admins power to kick/ban "campers".  Admins could argue "camping" not participating in main objective of the game.

Because we would rather nitpick rules than play the game.

This only applies to those camping in spawn. An example would be in TF2: If a player is not leaving the load out area then they're not participating in the main objective. If a player wants to camp elsewhere, then hopefully others will notice they are always there and bombard them!

Admins in the past have invented rules and or kicked players for stuff that wasn't on the rules page.

People just want to play the game how DICE allows them to, they don't want to be kicked due to server owner trying to control how people enjoy the game.

    Example
Player drives back into own team main base to avoid dying or to repair, if another player complains, admins could consider that to be "not participating in the main objective". (That wouldn't be the first time that has happened. )

BF4 map Hainan Resort, that map has hills right by both teams main base (inside the out of bounds area for other team). That is a good spot for snipers to camp, they can see players all over the map and spot them to help the team. Who does it hurt if snipers do that or if a player in a tank drives back into own team main base for 3-6mins. The other team has the rest of the map do whatever they want. Does evga not realize popular BF4 servers do not have a rule about that. Let people enjoy the game however they want, long as they don't abuse a glitch or use cheats.

This is exactly what the rule is not for. You are describing a player that is playing the game as it is made for. The rule is for those that simply stay in a spawn point and not do anything beneficial for the team. A player simply camping in a location to kill the other team is not in violation of this rule. If the opposing team is not able to see this behavior and either A) Avoid them or B) Kill them then they'll most likely lose the game/round for not dealing with this player.

Unfortunately I cannot excuse any unfortunate behavior from admins prior to my lead but over the last few months there has not been that high of an alarming situation come up. I do hope our admins don't act like this in the future.

Thanks for the clarification. I have ZERO problems/issues with that.
