Jacob any chance I can buy one directly from EVGA plus shipping charge to my country I don't live in the US and I got my E760 from a local shop .
I've been following this issue from day one at XS forums and really don't know how/whom to contact to discuss this

How does one get one that has a 762? :)  Yeah it has a molex connector next to the top PCI-E but i'd like one at the bottom as well... for Quad 580s of course!

will this molex fix have istruction upon recieving it? also could you show a pic of one installed into a pci/pci-e x1/x4 thank you.
any risks we should know about? like putting it in wrong or something....

AHowes your board already has one on the borad, you do not
need it.
It is for the boards that do not have one and are running the GTX 480s that use more power then the wimpy GTX 580s.

 
I am aware of that fact.. but since some asus boards as 2 connectors and since i'm using Quad SLI i thought it would be smarter to have 2 molex connections just encase.

1) Yes it will have photos showing the orientation for install.
2) If you put it in wrong and have it connected you can fry your MB and other components if your PSU OCP doesn't trip. SO if in doubt refer back to pics and install instructions.
3) Instructions said PCIe slot and the 1x slot, unsure if a standard pci slot could be used.  If you need to use it in such a slot due to lack of free pcie slots i'd suggest emailing Jacob or posting on the boards here asking for further instructions to install.
 
When in doubt the only Dumb Question is the one you don't ask and something get's damaged imo.

Please note the attached picture, make sure to install this adapter ONLY as attached shows (with small left side PCB overhanging the PCIe slot) It can be installed into any open PCIe slot. (including 1x)
 
If it is installed improperly it will damage the motherboard and adapter.

i dont think this will be a free give away for everyone looks like it would of cost them a bit to get that made, it  even has a glossy pcb not gheto looking, i think they are looking after the classy customers 

I think we will have to wait and see, ; EVGA Cst Service is second to none, They may restrict it to People with registered products, and a need, for free , and sale them to others, that can not verrify purchase, I don't know, and am hesatant to speculate, but I do know, there is no company better, when it comes to takeing care of their customers.  

 
Ok EVGA, that is all very nice, but what I'd like to know is this:
 
For those that defended EVGA instead of 

• screaming and yelling
• throwing tantrums
• threatening to sue EVGA
• spending every waking moment bashing EVGA and praising ASUS

 ..how do we obtain one if we did not get one of your special emails for having a hissy-fit? There is a reason some of us don't have newer cards or even upgraded mobos yet. Of course I'll pay for it, assuming the price is reasonable.
