Hello Skaytersurf,
I do see that your original unit came in to our warehouse on Friday 9/12/2014. As indicated by your RMA approval email instructions, we turnaround RMA replacements within 1-3 business days. Today would be considered the 2nd business day of processing. I as well can confirm that it will be shipping out today.
ReplacementOnce EVGA receives your product, please allow 1-3 business days to issue a replacement to you. Once a replacement ships, you will receive an emailed tracking number on the ship date after 6PM PST. Don't ever hesitate to contact customer service 24/7 at 888.881.3842 or
