Unsure if support tickets are getting through

So a few days ago I posted a support ticket and got an automatic response, followed by an EVGA member's response a few hours later. I submitted another ticket (3 recently) because it seems like the tickets aren't getting through. I got no automatic response emails, nor are they showing up in my ticket/question history. Is EVGA receiving my tickets? I'd really like to stop making it seem like I'm spamming them.

    Hello Martyr022,
     
    I can confirm that we received a support ticket on 8/26 which was responded to within 30mins.  I also see another support ticket that was sent today at around 9:15pm to which I responded to with some information.  Can you please confirm that you received today response.  If you are still not able to see them, please check your Spam/Junk folder, incase they may have been collected there.   I will also try and email you directly to assist you with your original RMA request.
