I am unable to upload an invoice. I am on Windows 10 and I've tried both Edge and Firefox. After selecting a .jpg picture of my receipt, I click the 'Save' button. I can see that a POST is being made to secure.evga.com, but other than that, nothing seems to happen. I don't get an error or confirmation.

I'm just trying to do the free Powerlink deal, and honestly, it's kind of irritating that the serial number for my card isn't enough.

what size is the JPEG? there is a file size limit of 2 megabytes, and it'll reject that if it's above that limit.

Thanks, that was the issue. The file was too big. It's kinda crappy that there's no error message though.
