Unable to register my GTX 1070, is this anything to worry about?

Hi all,
 
New to the forum, my first EVGA product, bought the GTX 1070 FTW ACX from Overclockers UK. Sadly although the serial number on the box and card are the same, product registration is not recognising it. Not sure if I contacted the right support via the website, so thought I would ask here if it's a common experience?

    Make sure you do not mistype your serial number - one too many of too few "0" - has happened before
     
    If you are sure it was entered correctlt CS at EVGA will get it straight - No Worries
