Unable to Submit an RMA request

Hello I'm have a problem submitting an RMA request, after clicking submit RMA information I can't go any further because when I click calculate shipping cost it says select a shipping option but there is nothing under shipping options to select and selecting "add signature to my order" doesn't help either.
 
I will include a picture of what I mean.

    Could you try another browser, or clear you cache and cookies, then try again?

    I just reviewed your account and I do see that you were able to successfully submit your RMA request.  Next step would be to wait until it is approved.  Once approved you will receive a follow up email with further instructions.

    Thanks I'll do that, I think maybe the reason it happened was that I had the US selected as my home instead of Australia where I live in the drop down tab in the top right of the page it appears to have worked now
