Ok, so it looks like Windows, but what else does it offer?  If a company wants to stand on their legs as a Windows alternative, they need to provide solutions which allow for collaborating with others who are locked into the Windows software track.  At the very least, they should offer out-of-the-box and easy to use Windows virtualization.
