USB Ports are not working in motherboard X79 classified

I have problem with USB 2 & USB 3 in my motherboard X79 classified, non of these ports are working now, it is not suddenly happened, it is gradually happened, since 3 moths i am facing this problem in some ports and i used to use the other ports but now all of them not working.
I didn't change anything in the bios setup. and in windows when i connect any USB device, it will give "Windows didn't recognize ....."
I reinstall the windows many many times but nothing happen.
I tried to disable and enable USB from the bios setup but also same. 
I tried all of the available solutions but not working.
Do this mean these ports are damaged? I never see this in all mother boards that I purchased this may cause be to change to Intel or ASUS.
Please anyone can help me to avoid additional cost in my budget

    have you update the firmware for usb port ? is in update very important
    bios 47 successfull flashed ? try with one of other bios chips
     
    usb3 firmware by EVGA , for last version, go to stations drivers

    have you powered the hd connector on the  left side

    Recheck all of your connections. If everything seems correct then try a BIOs reset to default and then recheck again.

    If your motherboard is still under warranty and you try all the solutions above and the problems still exist contact EVGA tech support.

     Sorry, I didn't get you, could you explain what is this "connector" and "on the left side".

    The problem that it sometimes working 100% and sometimes not.
    now I reset bios and update to 47 and installed new windows and it is working now. let's see.

    Guys, problem is same but for some of USB 2.0 ports.
