Hey everyone, Team USA is gunning for the HWBOT Country Cup 2014. There is a new Novice/Rookie/Enthusiast-only stage (read: no extreme cooling!) for the Cup and we need submissions with GTX 660 (non-Ti!), 750 Ti and 760. So if you have one of these cards AND a HWBOT account in one of the above leagues, please respond to this thread and get ready to compete! The catch is that your HWBOT account must have been created prior to 10/30/2014; the competition excludes any brand new members.

Details are at:
hwbot.org/competition/country_cup_2014/
hwbot.org/competition/country_cup_2014/stage/1819_3dmark_ice_storm

Hope to see you get in the game!

I wish I had known about this. I would have created an account earlier. I would have done some playing with my 760's to see how things went. Good luck to all those who enter and compete.

The Enthusiast GPU stage ends December 18th. @awalleyguy if you ever had even an inkling about benching a plain 660, now's the time! Subs for that card in particular are going to be very hard to come by. You could always pick one up on eBay and then sell it again later…and it's probably going to come to something like that for the USA to get a sub.

Also if you know any others on the team who might want to compete, spread the word and send 'em to this thread. If you decide to jump in, let me know.

Still hoping for some bites on this. The USA likely will not be in a position to win without some Geforce subs.

(non-Ti!) is what kept me out it.

Yeah, unfortunately that is a common theme! Apparently hardly any USA benchers bought the vanilla 660...
