Hello, I have finally upgraded my GPU from the GTX 750 Ti to the 970, and decided to jump from Gigabyte to EVGA because I kept hearing how amazing the customer support here is and the cards are usually top of the line, and ill be honest, I'm really happy with my new GPU, it blasts through Rainbow Six: Siege, AW, BF4, DS3 and Blops 3 like nothing at 1080p High/Ultra settings with 100+ FPS, this really makes me glad I got my 144hz monitor now since I can finally have all my games running!
 
So wait, if everything is fine and dandy, what's the problem?
 
Well, I just can't seem to get my damn product to register for the warranty! I've tried multiple times, made sure to copy it number by number, tried different browsers and everything, I just can't get it to register my GTX 970 on my account for the warranty, why?

I made sure to copy the Serial number, tried it multiple times and it didn't work...
 
Also I DID send an email to EVGA, I'm just posting this here to see if anyone knows something I don't and maybe I was forgetting to do something and that's why it didn't work?

Hello ftsnipermex, and welcome to the forums! Likely there is a problem with the shipping information on our side; it's nothing to worry about, it will just take up to 24 hours to process the registration. 

Does it matter if the product was purchased in a local store?
 
The product was purchased in Israel today by me in a local computer store that sells pretty much everything that has to do with PC's and more, before buying the card I did make sure that both stickers, box and card, were exactly the same, it all matched and I got confused and worried when I attempted to apply my code for warranty it didn't work.
 
so there's actually a chance that I simply have to wait and either ill suddenly have it showing in my account or suddenly the code will work?

Quick update! EVGA replied to my email and are now helping me work this out, I'm simply amazed by how fast they answered, I was expecting a week of wait, not 1 hour!
