Good evening,
I am facing a problem with this mice. When i access the bios, any action, such as clicking or move the wheel (except move the arrow) makes the bios freeze. I need to restart the PC through the physical button. I tested other USB mices, and had no problems.
My board is a Asus Z97-PRO.
Can anyone help me, or this problem needs a RMA
Thanks.

Hi FranklinBR and welcome to the forums. This post has been up for a while not sure if you got this sorted out but did you do other testing such as test the mouse on a different system?

BIOS update can fix this problem with some ASUS BIOS. There also might be an option for enabling USB mice, I know you have had it work with others but its still worth a shot looking for the setting.

It was the latest bios. Even so, I installed the bios again, cleared the CMOS memory, but the problem continued. I sent the mice to RMA
