Hey guys, finally started using my torq mouse that came with x99 mobo.
It seems that the lights are always on, even with my laptop (what its plugged into) is off. My prior asus mouse, also with lights, goes off with the laptop.
Is there a way to disables this, its a great mouse and don't want something so small to hurt my feelings on it.

Sorry if this is repeat post, all I can get with searches is reviews and such.

I should be able to help you. First of all, do you have Evga's Unleash software installed?

There's 3 settings for the LED mode to choose from. Always on, always off, and breathing. If the light bothers you, then you can turn it off. Did you see those settings in the software? You can also control the brightness of it.

ya, it just seems annoying to have to set the light off or unplug the mouse when I'm done.
Don't get me wrong, I love all the shiny bells and whistles, just not when its time to turn things off.

This would be a good suggestion to Evga's Product Team to address this problem, and see if it can be fixed.

So, for any who care, I solved my issue by simply making a profile with all lights off set at lowest dpi to have that light also off.
