So I just tried to install the Unleash Software. After opening the setup it told me to do firmware updates. I pressed yes and then it showed up with update failed. Since this Firmware update failed i can't use the mouse anymore.
The LEDs at the back still turn on but the light at the scroll wheel is gone. I tried plugging it into different USB ports but nothing worked.
Also the Unleash Software doesn't recognize the mouse anymore and won't start.
Is there anything i can do to get it working again?

Have you tried the profiles using the red button on the bottom?
It may require an RMA at this point unfortunately, unless you have another computer, without unleash, that you can try it on.

The red button doesn't change anything. I'm gonna borrow a friends Laptop tomorrow and see if it works there.

Hopefully it does. If not, make sure it is registered under your account and EVGA will RMA it for you and get you back into browsing.

Yeah i tried to register it but i don't know the exact date when it was bought. I got it from a friend for christmas.

That is fine. Just do a guest RMA instead, and they will get you taken care of. You can also submit a support ticket or call them, and they will help you out almost right away.

So even on a computer without the Unleash software on it the mouse won't work.

I faced the exact same problem, with TORQ X10 Carbon, on my Windows 10 PC.
-I plugged in the mouse on another PC with Windows 7
-Installed the Unleash Software
-Asked me for firmware update
-I clicked OK
-The firmware upgrade was successfully installed
Now the mouse is up and running!
