So i got home today from work and my left mouse click seemed to stop working. I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it automatically then using the driver software on the site, i have turned my computer on an off several times as well as using different USB ports. I also have my backup mouse in the same slots and it is working just fine. I am completely mind boggled how this happened without it being a defective mouse. I have had it for several months now with no issues. I have switched the profiles back and forth reassigned the buttons to different actions, and switched it from right to left mode. Still nothing. If anyone could help from here it would be greatly appreciated as i dont want to lose this mouse i do love EVGA and all of there products as 3 quarters of my computer is made up of them. Thanks for all of your inputs!

Just got an update sent in a support ticket and before i could finish writing the ticket, i got an RMA request back after doing all the troubleshooting myself. RMA is in the process of being accepted and im once again still a very satisfied customer of EVGA :)

$30 for shipping or you only paid $30 for the mouse?  That is why i like logitech, they will cover shipping both ways.

Except i will never go with logitech again after this experience today, headset broke and wont hold a charge not even a month old and i have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a refund since i had (Word deleted for Language) customer service where they hung up on me after putting me on hold not once but twice, will never do business with logitech ever again. Id rather pay a few dollars and have great customer service to get something fixed than be hung up on and have to wait 2 months while they acrue interest on money they took from me the same day and now im out money for a headset for 2 months utter trash
