GTX 980 FTW fans died. It happens I don't even mind that much, honestly! EVGA make these RMA's as painless as it gets.
I start the ticket on the rma section under the support tab. Within seconds it tells me I have to call 1800 support number, to continue with the rma process.
OK I'll do that. Phone time waiting 30 secs LOl, that was fast.

So we confirm the fan header is dead. Within t 45 secs after the phone call I get an e-mail with the rma number and instuctions. Here i'm thinking this is going to take a couple of days, turned into less than 1 hour.
Now is when it gets better than good, it's great. That GPU was at evga just over 24hrs and a new card was shipped next day. I'm like no way it just got there. Sure enough I get a email with replacement part number and a tracking number. *W*O*W* that was fast.
The new GPU much better, much much better video card. Sent in an asic 68 and got a 72 back. That could have gone the other way too. This new 980 is awesome. Now I'm $$$saving for the 1080ti
I only buy evga gpu's for good reason. That reason is the people that work there. They are the very best at what they do. That is a fact.

So thank you guys pat yourself on the back you deserve it.
Your friend and loyal customer.

This is very comforting to hear. I just RMA'd my old EVGA 570 Classified, and i was shocked how fast the RMA process went and approval, shipped it out yesterday, and now i just have to wait until they get it and return the replacement. Its comforting to know how fast they turn RMA cards back to the customer. Now I'm eager to know what ill get in return, its like a surprise Christmas in Jul.. *cough* October? lol

I've just had the same experience. Expecting a huge delay in sorting out my issue (a faulty PSU) but it was sorted within hours. The experience has prompted me to join up to this site and have a nosey around- becoming a real fan of the brand.
