Unfortunately I've been sitting at #122 for some time now. I was at #127 previously but I expect that it's only because users are backing out. 
 
To fill everybody in, yesterday, TweakTown posted an article stating that an inside source confirmed that it will be awhile before we see board partner solutions more widely available, possibly late July to early August. Those not signed up for the Founder's Edition should definitely expect to wait awhile.
 
I personally don't mind as I'm chilling with my GTX 980 Ti and am only into Overwatch at the moment, but it definitely would be nice to get my card so I can finally finish my build's aesthetics (going for black and silver, an ACX 3.0 card is perfect).

Lack of Transparency? You're in a queue, man. You're technically the last priority for them at the moment. They have to receive stock, ship out to retailers, ship out pre-orders, and then manage the FIRST-COME/FIRST-SERVE Step-Up people. Just be patient, my man~ 

#403 for gtx 1070 how many months will that be?

haha, I just looked on the cn site and I see 1600+ for my queue :D

The only thing I find odd is why they care enough to patch the queue number away in the first place. Someone had to make that decision and then pay someone to go in and code it away... Maybe they don't want people at the back of the queue to get discouraged and cancel their step up? But wouldn't they prefer people to do that anyway, at least from a profit margin aspect? They already got your money from the first card after all lol

PERSONALLY, I don't mind the wait. I ended up ordering my water block for it in the mean time (had it on backorder from EK) and getting ready to migrate my system over to a Core P5 case.

I'm also thinking of doing step up on my Mobo on my other rig, going from my Z170 Stinger ITX to the classy or ftw board... Need to see how much I am gonna save over just buying the board on Amazon.

My issue is not being on the queue. I understand that they have other areas to stock. My issue is, why remove the # in other languages' websites? 

Because people assume since there's a queue number, that it should progressively and timely count down. If someone looks at the Queue number and see's that they are #100, and it takes 2 months to drop to #90, they're going to be extremely upset. However, if they know they're in the Queue, but can't see the number, then the back of their mind has the mentality that "I'll get it when I get it."
 
As for removing the number on the other languages, it's because I'm pretty sure all the different languages are hosted on different servers. So while the main traffic site had it changed, they didn't bother doing so on the other. Since the grand majority (Probably 95% or more) of the traffic/posts/whatever are all through the US/EU site.
 
Or I'm just totally wrong and they have no real reason. Lol

Oh you're welcome, and in the less than 24 hours iv'e been in my FE queue iv'e dropped 4 spots.

I have no desire to deal with the throttling issues present in the reference coolers... so i'll wait out the ACX queue...

Oh no, I will have to set a custom fan curve to not get thermal throttling until I put a waterblock on it, whatever will I do

Seriously, as long as we don't post how to check the #, there won't be a need for EVGA to remove it.

I am surprised queue number is considered information which needs to be kept secret.  I mean, even those of us who queued up on the first day knew it would probably take a while due to the site being utterly bombed with requests on day 1.
 
I appreciate EVGA's commitment to their customer service however, and am quite happy they made the cards available to those of us who were/are eligible to step-up.   I do not mind the wait and I understand that they are working as well as they can to satisfy the demand for the product.
