Everyone's freaking out about the custom cards and I'm over here like I just want to step up for an 1080 FE. Call me crazy, but it's what I want. On this note anyone had any movement on step-up for the 1080 FE?

People have only been moving up due to others dropping from the queue, at the low number your'e at don't expect to see much change until they actually start shipping them for Step-Ups in a timely manner.

I am waiting for a 1080 FE. I went from #52 to #51, someone must have given up. I don't think it is moving all that fast for the FE as well. The step up program puts you last in line behind people paying the retail price for the cards. Update: Dein Platz in der Warteschlange: #1

You lucky, lucky dog. I'm still in the 50's for my reference model. Hoping those start to ship out soon.

There was a lot of talk about mid June for the next shipment. Hopefully we start seeing some movement across all models over the next week. To be honest, all this waiting is kind of a nice thing... Gives Nvidia time to patch driver issues like the much talked about fan rev. Since I am stepping up from a 970, it gives me a bit more time to reasonably save more money too. Heck, if it ends up being mid July before I get out of queue I may end up just buying a second one for SLI.

I just switched my step up to the FE a few days ago. I was #140 yesterday and today I dropped down to 88. I'm assuming a shipment came in. At that rate I'm thinking I'll get my notification in the next week or two. But who knows.

There seems to be a problem with my queue place, it sometimes goes up. I started in 120s, ended up being 136th. Yesterday I was 132nd, now I am 133rd. Does anyone have a similar problem? I am also wondering when GTX 1070 ACX 3.0 are expected to be sent to those in the step up?

Welp, I went and bought the FE since we got a few in stock where I work~ Sold my 970 to a friend for $200, so only paid about $563 out of my pocket. Not bad at all~ Just got the drivers installed and everything hooked up. Time to play some games~ Even with a 4690k slightly OC'd, this card kills everything. ArmA (No surprises) is the only game I can't "Max" out and consistently stay above 60 fps.

Finally broke down and grabbed a FE on newegg, it was worth it without the tax and i'll just put my 970 SSC acx 2.0 on ebay to recoup! I mean I'm queue #1213 and that's just depressing! PS PM me if interested in a 3 month old 970 ssc :).

For the 1080 ACX I was 451 yesterday (I used the step up on launch night) Today I went up to 453 ? At least I don't mind waiting. In the months since I have purchased the 980ti I have yet to have a frame rate issue

Mine was at #238 and went to that was well. I'm hoping that is the case and not just a patch to the website so we cannot see where we are in line.

just to give some insight for newcomers, i just changed my stepup request from the 1080 acx 3.0 to founder's edition. i was at #362 for the acx 3.0 on one card that i registered on launch day and #1658 for the second card that was registered today 06/17 couldn't wait that long for my second card (1,658) so i switched them both to founders edition. Queue dropped to the 120's for the FE's. my rush costed me around $200 extra, but i should have my cards in a couple weeks instead of months lol. don't really care about cooling since they will be watercooled anyways. Have my ek blocks here already, just waiting on the cards. anyways thanks to evga for this great program.

They definitely just patched the site... there is no way I went from 732 to being processed over night... Way to go EVGA... The fact that the step up program exists is awesome, but just let us check our damn number... Update: The Chinese site still shows it... went from 732 to 731. Expect the Chinese site to be patched as soon as they can contact a dev who speaks the language...
