Thermal pads shipping slow or lost in mail

Hi, I ordered the thermal mod a while ago and it was shipped out on 11/2/2016. They still have not arrived. I am playing games on low graphics to not stress the GPU too much. Can I just pay EVGA to order them again with a tracking number and faster shipping?

    Hey i just checked the thermal mod page and noticed mine has a USPS tracking number so you might want to check if there is one for your order  http ://www.evga.com/thermalmod/

    No tracking on mine. I also contacted support and they told me they didn't have a tracking either.

    Mine says shipped 11/02 , but I still haven't received them 2 weeks later

    Same mine says 11/02 shipped, there is a spot for USPS shipping but it is blank.
