Performance PCS is the place to go. They are in and out of stock but you can grab them with some patience.
 
Note that if you're permanently out of luck with the 2 mm ones, you can get 1 mm thickness, and use two layers of it. Works the same.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't  2 pads of 1 mm thickness affect the heat transfer that if I use a single 2 mm pad?
