I wouldn't be surprised if EVGA is prioritizing their existing stock over their customers who already paid for their cards when it comes to allocation of the available pads. There can’t be such a huge shortage unless they are actively doing what I think they are doing. Send out the pads to the customers first, suspend sales of your product until you have provided for your customers first.

My humble setup: Intel i7 4790K - EVGA GTX 1070 FTW ACX 3.0 - ASUS Z97M-PLUS - Samsung 850 EVO 500GB - 16 GB G.Skill Trident X 1866mhz 8CL - EVGA SuperNOVA G2 550W - SilverStone Precision PS07 - Acer G237HL Monitor - EVGA Torq X5 Gaming Mouse - Turtle Beach Impact 700 Keyboard

Doesn't seem like it, they are only sending from the US, so yeah the wait continues....

Official answer from the EVGA support was that they started shipping to EU customers this week.

There are some reports of EU users who got their pads this week as you can see also in this thread: forums.evga.com/Thermal-Mod-Still-on-Awaiting-Shipment-m2579505.aspx.

I've been waiting for my pads for almost 4 weeks now and my status still shows "Awaiting Shipment". I've completely lost faith in the EVGA support. Imho the whole thermal pads issue was handled pretty badly and most important EVGA was anything but transparent during the whole process.

It seems they prioritized US customers, they were the first to get the pads no matter if they ordered them weeks after EU customers.
All I heard from EVGA so far was shallow apologies. I mean those willing to apply the pads on their own saved EVGA money in the end and EVGA is not appreciating that a single bit.

It's a fair question to ask: is the 'good' EVGA support really a factor you should consider while making your buying decision? For me the answer is pretty clear, at least if you're not a customer from the US.

Good post, and I agree. EVGA has lost me, as a loyal customer I expected we would get first priority no matter where we live, so we could install those damn pads and be done with them, and as you say we are saving them money by doing it ourselves, but they don't seem to be in any hurry to help us out. Last time I buy an EVGA product, and I am that type of person, I don't forget, and the way this has been handled leaves a lot of be desired, action speaks louder than words, when they recommended we install the thermal mod they should have been ready to ship to us within a couple of days of ordering them. It's like: "Yeah we urge you to be safe and use these pads, but we have no clue when you can expect to get them." What kind of initiative is that? Had I bought this card from a retail chain/store in my country I could have had gotten a full refund by now, and the store would send the card back to EVGA so they can mess with it as much as they want.

Mine shows "Request Shipped 11/02/2016 (Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery)." Still have not received it almost 2.5 weeks later.
I'm in NY, but I cannot believe that anything takes that long to be mailed even cross country. Where are these shipping from???

Same for me.
How did some people get tracking numbers? They ordered after I did and got it before me.

From what i understand those of us in Europe we are **** out of luck. US gets priority.

If pads don't arrive within 2-3 weeks I will ship my card back to retailer and buy another brand - how long have you been waiting for pads to arrive ?

Mine were shipped USPS from Brea, CA.  I suspect all going to US addresses will be shipped the same way, but those going to other countries may originate elsewhere or use a different carrier.

If you have a "My USPS" account at usps.com, you can see a list of all trackable shipments destined for your address.  Just look for a package from Brea, CA -- and you can get the tracking number from there.  (That's how I got my tracking number.)

Just checked there. The only thing I had coming from Brea was the PowerLink, and I received that rather quickly.

EVGA support responded to me by giving me a random tracking number on my account, which was for the Power Links and said that they were for the thermal pads and were delivered already.
