Add me to the list of people who were notified that EVGA sent thermal pads on November 2nd. I never received them, so I contacted EVGA support on November 22nd. The EVGA rep said to verify that my shipping address was correct, and that, "they should arrive in 1 to 2 weeks via USPS. We generally do not have shipping information for the thermal pads."
No pads yet, but it has only been ten days since the "reshipment" was supposed to have occurred.

Thanks again for the help Eddie, I received the pads today and have installed them on my 1080 FTW DT. temps look good and installation was fairly straight forward.
