Yup, been four weeks since i requested them, still awaiting shipment. Of course cant even sell my card for a good price since this is a "known" issue now.

Well, i cant blame anyone but myself for jumping the gun. Need to wait a few months next time i upgrade to see which manufacturers have these oversights in their design.

Hello
My thermal pads are always Awaiting Shipment
Ca gets really fluster.jI stop with EVGA
In France we have the chance to make a complaint before a judge
To seek reparation and refund of all the money
I will ask this judge, and file a complaint against EVGA this week
It does not cost me anything it is free, but I prefer that I refund my card
Has 500 euros and go see elsewhere

That plus my retailer refuses to offer a refund or exchange because EVGA keeps insisting that the cards are OK and the fixes are "optional".
 
Also the more I read about this it seems like this really isn't an issue with overheating seeing as cards have burnt up in normal scenarios and even while idling. I'm not even sure the thermal pads are going to solve anything. The whole thing reeks of damage control.

Salut, je suis dans le même cas que toi.. tiens moi au courant et si cela abouti à quelque chose, j'irai également porter plainte devant un juge.
 
Hello, I am in the same case as you .. keep me informed and if this has resulted in something, I will also file a complaint before a judge.

I'm still waiting too. Ordered the mod at 6.11.2016 ( 11.6.2016 US ). I am from Germany and hope the pads will arriving before christmas .

Sweet i got the payment mail today, now i dont hope the shipping it self takes as long as it toke to get the payment mail.

30 days after I ordered the pads, I finally received them today!
The status on the EVGA website still says "Awaiting Shipment" though
