Starting July 23rd is when the Beta begins. It is an open world driving game from coast to coast in the US. It is supposed to be "Next-Gen", but we shall see. Hopefully it does more than NFS did with there open world game.

    I signed up for the beta few weeks ago. One thing i want to see is if they did anything to keep players not part of your mission from being able to grief you.

    They just sent me an email with a key.  It's 15,357 MB and it is playable about the 3 GB mark during download.

    got my key today dling now..god i hope it supports triple screen properly...sucks gunna take me 7 hours to dl got key on a weds and it ends on friday.....so ill get about 2hrs of actual play time.....

    It reminds me of the expansive world from TDU and it is actually pretty decent.

    Is the game actually any good? I got a beta key, but kinda don't want to dl 15GB if the game's in an unplayable state as many Ubi games have been lately during beta *cough* Watch_Dogs *cough*

    ok so i played it for a few days and the driveing is horid....cars feel all floaty no grip in the rear and even awd cars like the skyline are WAY to easy to get sideways..other then that a few tweeks and some opti and it will be a decent game
     
    ps forgot to mention i use a g27

    Ubisoft is on such a fail streak right now, I wouldn't even give The Crew a try until the user reviews start pouring in.
    It's already a given how IGN will rate it.

    Sorry to hear this type of beta review. I was out of town all week and was not able to take advantage of the Beta key. I was hoping for a really good driving game.

    i mean it has alot of promise but they need to fix the driving before it really shines....my fav part is driving the ford raptor....my dream truck...yes ima redneck...

    I played for a brief 15 mins, and uninstalled it. Driving was not fun at all. I was unable to get my controller to work with it (not an XBOX controller). Either way, this game REALLY needs some improvement before release. Was hoping for a better beta experience, but i guess its good they had the beta.

    I played for a few days driving not so great but the gameplay with different city was pretty good i think im going get it for sure when it comes out i had a great time playing it.
