Over many years now practically every nvidia video card I have owned were purchased through EVGA.  Though I have never had occasion to use the Step-Up program before, I am very glad to see you stand behind this program with the same commitment you have shown to me over the years through your exceptional warranties and strong customer support. 
Allowing customers to Step-Up to the new video cards on the same day as they are released is a great way to demonstrate your commitment to customer service and satisfaction.  I am glad to be an EVGA customer, and will continue to suggest your company to my friends in the future.
