Well not really but I needed something to grab peoples attention. I've never posted a topic on a particular mod for Skyrim but I think this one is definitely worth a mention I believe it can become as popular as the FXAA Injector, ENB Mods and HD texture packs.
 
Its called Project Parallax and what it does is add parallax mapping to many of the textures in game, right now its just for Whiterun but the modder Osmodius, said there will be a new city every weekend, he also said that there is no performance hit which is awsome!

Forgive me when I look over the pics and see zero difference in geometry... Sometimes I think people just randomly throw in the word tessellation and DirectX 11 to whip up a fanboy frenzy with techno-babble. Do most people even understand what tessellation is?

Parallax all it does is a mathmatical equation with the camera to give the illusion something has depth, but as soon as you get sidways with it like stand next to it like a wall, you see how flat it actually is. aka not Tessellation that actually adds to the 3d mesh...

Crysis had decent parallax...But Tesselation really is much better. Or a combination of the two. Tesselation bogs down performance much more, especially when you need to apply a decal to it or something, but it gives off a much more polished look.

 
+1, combo of both would be great in future games.
