I'm sorry if it's taken us a bit longer to respond to your follow up question than it did to your original inquery. Our response time to emails is almost always within 1 business day. I'll personally respond to your follow up question here momentarily, I apologize again for the delay.

Thanks for answering, I have some further questions/clarification requests, but after logging into my ticket and typing it all out, I get a constant error when I try to submit, and I therefore cannot go any further. This has been an occasional, but ongoing, issue.Even though most of the replies have been useful, the submission problem really makes me not want to give you guys a good review based solely on that alone.

I apologize for any issues occurring on the support site. Is the error you receive related to a time out? If you for any reason are having trouble with email support please keep in mind EVGA support is more than happy to assist over the phone 24/7 at 888-881-3842

Not a timeout. The thing with the hardhat. Yes, the phone is an option of last resort. However, the Support Tickets, or even the forum, provide a written record to refer back to.

If they need to, they can go back to phone-calls. Normally you have to give them a call before they will approve an RMA. I'm willing to bet that they have given certain exceptions to this rule, but I have had to call every time to get an approval, but they have never said no to an RMA for me.

Yes, I know. Actually have done a couple of RMAs. However, in this instance, I am asking for info regarding my new Classified K, trying to learn something, and the manual is no help. Actually, after trying again, I got the ticket to post. But, there are times when it simply refuses to go through, putting up the error screen instead.

If you're still having trouble with the ticket page, you can always email support@evga.com directly. We can always look up a history of your emails, and of course, will add tickets to your profile to keep track of your issue.

I had mentioned it before, and was assured it would be addressed. It is an occasional issue, but very frustrating when I type out a list of questions, only to have it refuse to post. By the way, those automated 'Rate our service' emails; I just delete them. Why? Because at this point, while my rating of the service would reflect my honest opinion, it would not be very favorable, and I really do want to be able to give an honest, favorable rating. Let us finish with my support tickets before I rate the service, shall we?
