I have two... No problems here and no problems on the earlier firmware however; I did do the firmware updates as they came out.

Mine is stable but kind of non-overclockable on the core. It goes to full voltage 1.175V all the time at very low clocks already. I don't know if this came with the later bios updates to get the cards more stable.

I only wanted to mention that at the end i bought a GTX 670 FTW, i updated the firmware and the card is working good, the only issue is the metal part where you put the screws to the chais, it came all lifted almost vertical.

I installed the card now its a little better not nice enough though:

Also there's a little coild whine i mean i know the thing can't be 100% silent, it feels like a cricket is inside the case. A little more louder than my before EVGA GTX 560 SC.

That's what i have too, 670 FTW 2G.  Have had it for over a year now and it works great, super stable with a bit of an overclock. That should be a nice upgrade compared to your 560. I got mine to replace a 470 and the difference was pretty big.

Mine is very silent when idling but the fan kicks up when the game is on and that can make some noise, no coil whine though. Do you hear a whine when idling?

    Also yours came like mine?

At idle is almost silent you can hear the fan of course, at 30% the fan feels like there is a cricket inside the case.
