Updated to the BIOS to V1.06 today and I my PC freezes, no BSOD, after a few minutes or sometimes more than an hour. All settings are set to auto for the time being. I tried the XMP profiles but I think those were worse. I suspect that the problem is the RAM because I am getting event ID 41 Kernal-Power but no dumps are being created.

Switched over to BIOS V1.00 on the second ROM for the time being to see if it's any better. Will report back if the issue persists. Is anyone else having these issues?

1.00 ran fine. Reflashed 1.06 to the second BIOS and got BIOS screen but no full boot. After the first BIOS boot I would never get back in. After a flash I notice that some of the CPU clocks were changed around when they should have been stock. Tried one more flash to 1.06, found all settings looking good and got a full boot! Been up and running for about 2 hours now with no issue and I will report back if anything changes or if all stays good.

Did you reset the Bios back to the Defaults or Optimized Settings before you Flashed with the New Bios?
You need to do this each time you update a Bios.
You will have to re-setup your Bios settings each time you update a Bios.

and if you did reset bios before updating as i did i would boot to a black screen and i fixed by clearing Cmos from the back of the system.

Considering that I could not get into the BIOS and had to flash from Windows I would not have been able to make any changes prior to flashing. However, I don't have anything but defaults at this point while I wait on my custom loop. I did not try clearing the CMOS, that may have helped.
