So when i plug in my new card, after uninstalling my old drivers i get the blue bios screen (which i cant access) followed by a series of beeps and then my screen turns black. However if i put back my old card everything works fine. any help? also i can not plug into my mother board directly for video.

Have you completely uninstalled all amd drivers, while in safe mode, and is your bios up to date? If not, install your old card, set everything to 100% stock, and update your bios. Once you do that, enter safe mode, and either use DDU (display driver uninstaller) or control panel to remove all previous drivers.

Then try shutting down, removing the old card and installing the new card.

Into what kind of a system did you install the card?  What are the specs of the system?

What's the specific model# of the card?

    5321mhz on L/N2
    5091mhz on air
