This is with any game and only when playing the game, idle or menus no buzzing, 4 seconds in you hear the buzzing

    If i run prime95 full load all night i hear nothing, i know that its a CPU testing, but would it make that noise if it was the testing or gaming? i thought it could be the Corsair h100i but wouldnt that start buzzing with the prime 95 test?
     
    I dont really hear it in the PSU, but cant rule it out yet since im too sure how to test it
     
    GPU is the only in recent adding last year and i RMA'd once last week and just got the new one. Same buzzing but the whining is new to Witcher 3
