Still "Awaiting Shipment" since 10/25/16

Hi all!
 
Two month ago I bought an EVGA GTX 1080 FTW and an EVGA GTX 1070 FTW. I spent about 1200€ on what were suppposed to be a high-end graphic cards, and finally I find that VRM are no properly cooled and THERE ARE SEVERAL GAPS BETWEEN MY VRAM CHIPS AND ITS THERMAL PADS.
 
As EVGA said before I guess the correct instalation of thermal pads for VRAM chips are also optional and is within specifications...
 
After shock I decided to request the thermal pads mod on 10/25/16. The status of the shipment is "awaiting shipment" from the day I requested it. Could somebody tell me if there's something wrong with my shipment?  Are we european customers second class customers? It's embarrasing!
 
If I had the posibility of getting a full refund I would no doubt on getting it. I will never buy again an EVGA graphic card, since they have not turned out to be high-end graphic cards

    Many in EU have been receiving their mod kits while still showing as awaiting.
    Country specific postal systems could well play a roll
