    Good morning Jess2822,

Based on your account information it looks like the purchase and registration took place pass 14 days. If you purchased the video card a week ago we can review and adjust if needed. The current invoice uploaded to your account has the date cut off at the top. I have removed it to allow you to re-upload. Since you purchased from Newegg I would suggest following this FAQ: http://www.evga.com/support/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=59495. Then post here afterwards and we can review the newly updated invoice.

If the product was registered after 14 days of purchase you can still be eligible for the Step-up program. You would just need to purchase the extended warranty. This can be done by visiting EVGA.com>Member Home>My Products and view details.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Have a good weekend

I have purchased the extended warranty and now the step up option is available, i currently have the gtx 780 superclocked (03G-P4-2784-KR) and looking at the step up cards it only shows the gtx 980(04G-P4-2980-KR) and no other ones is it not possible to step up to a 980 superclocked(04G-P4-2983-KR)  ?
    Thanks again

Typical only reference video cards are available. The only option at this time is 04G-P4-2981-KR: GTX 980 ACX 2.0.

Can you make sure the region is set to EVGA EU? Then attempt to purchase the extended warranty. The next page should be asking you to choose the 5 or 10 year option.

Thank you! For some reason for all of yesterday and today, it wouldn't work even when it was set to EU, but thanks for the help!

Aha, one quick question is the 90 days activated when you buy the item or when you recieve it? Because if it's even purchase date it should end on the 23rd not tomorrow?
