Step-up Product Not Shipped Out

My card was confirmed to be received on Friday Oct. 7th, yet my step-up has still not been shipped. I paid next day shipping hoping that at the latest I would receive my new card on Oct. 13th. 

After reaching out to support, I was told EVGA ran out of step-up cards even though I was told to send mine in. After sending another message about a solution to possibly help speed up the process on me receiving my step-up card, I was told my card was going to be shipped out on Friday, Oct. 14th. According to the step-up details, my new card has still not shipped out. 

I'm very disappointed in how this process is turning out. I can understand the initial wait time while the cards are out of stock, but I have now waited 6 business days and my card has still not shipped, while my computer has been down for just about 2 weeks. I also feel like I'm being jerked around because of support telling me it would ship last Friday, and I still see no update.

    Mine hasn't been shipped out yet either. Support never mentioned them being out of cards. Why have people send in their cards if they don't have one reserved for shipment?

    I have no idea. Seems like it should be a pretty easy thing to set one aside for each person in the queue. It is incredibly frustrating because I haven't been able to upload videos to my YouTube channel in 2 weeks after I was just experiencing some rapid growth on my channel.

    It's one thing to wait in the queue while you're able to use your card but waiting without a replacement sucks.

    My product step-up page hasn't been updated yet but I just got an email with a UPS tracking number. The shipping was upgraded and should be delivered tomorrow.

    My card was just delivered and installed. Thank you EVGA for upgrading the shipping. I was afraid it wouldn't get here in time for Civ 6.
