I took EVGA up on the ACX 3.0 offer last night and have moved all the way to Step 5 now. I'll be sending my card out later today and hope to see my new one early next week.

Hey all! Can any of the users provide possible insight into how long a person normally waits for step ups to be turned around once EVGA receives them? My card was delivered first thing Monday morning and I haven't heard anything from EVGA since. I know this can take 1-3 business days, but a lot of users before me waited no more than 24 hours before theirs were shipped. Just trying to get a feel for if something might be wrong or if they just happened to receive a lot of step ups Monday and are working to test them all. Thanks fam!

Perhaps! Strong possibility, so good theory. I'll give it another day before bothering support about it though. Thanks!
 
Edit: Just received an email from UPS that EVGA sent them shipping info.  All is well.  An important note to ease anyone else's mind in case they experience the same thing: EVGA hasn't updated my step-up page, so I'm thinking updates on the My Products section are manually changed and not a result of a barcode scan or other automated process.  With that in mind, delays in changes should be expected and what it says in the progress notes isn't always accurate.  Hope everyone else's step up goes fast. 

 
 
Woot, old card has been delivered! My status has already been updated to "Product Received" and now it's time to wait "patiently" for the new one to arrive...........

Anybody who registered for Step-Up in Early July get theirs yet?  That's when I registered for moving up from my GTX 970 (which I only got to guarantee a Pascal card through this) to a GTX 1070 ACX 3.0.

I registered for the Step-Up to the ACX 3.0 GTX 1070. on June 13th. I was in the 300th position when we could last check. I'm still in the queue at Step 1.

Hmm.  I suppose that it's because you were in the GTX 1080 queue  which, if I were to guess, has a bit less demand than the GTX 1070 queue (since that 1070 is in such a wonderful sweet spot).

Received step 2 and 3 emails at 5PM and 10 PM respectively. I signed up for the 1070 ACX version, was #299.

Update: I shipped the card this morning. USPS 3-Day Priority Mail, medium flat-rate box. Cost $13.45 and estimated to be to EVGA on Monday.

Just paid for my step-up and I'm wondering, does EVGA send a payment confirmation email(not the step 4 email but an email confirming that I paid for it)?

They completely skipped from step 3 to step 5 for me. So guess not. :P

They didn't even send me a Step 1 confirmation email.  It shows that I'm currently "In Queue" on the website, but I never got that first email.
 
 
 

No worries, same thing happened to me (and many other people). My step up processed fine. :)

Had I sent it out last Monday, I would have had it Friday. Same week. I was #537 in queue last I checked.

Were you #537 in queue for the 1080 or 1070?
