I was away when I got the Queue at 0 notification and told I had to upload my invoince. Now today I have access to a scanner to scan my receipt from my vendor and I can't find the link to upload my invoice anymore. and now for payment it says pending? First timer here. Thanks Vin EDIT: and why do I have to re-send a copy of my receipt if I had to send a copy in to register the card in the first place?

The link should be in your products page, under the card or board that you are stepping up. The second copy of the receipt is just for verification of how much you paid I believe.

Ah, Ok. I found it and it's done. it was a small link... I had to look up and down for a minute to see it. How do I send in my payment? do they take CC? and I guess I have to wait for a payment notification now? again, first timer. Thanks, Vin

It would be a CC payment yes. And you should get a payment confirmation pretty quickly.

Hello, Everything looks good here, you only have to upload the invoice 1 time, if you did that then you are fine and dont have to do it a second time. I just approved your invoice as I am writing this. Just a head up, our system shows you qualified for a $30.00 rebate, that will be automatically deducted on my approval for you right now and converted to USD. If you did not do the rebate, email me directly a picture of the serial sticker on the card/box (i need both) and I will credit you back the $30.00 for the rebate. Email is below. Mike

Ah, but I see a discreptancy now. I had paid $509.99 and I did use the $30 Mail in Rebate so my Total was $479.99 and not $454.42 that is it showing now. and while I was in the queue is was showing a cost of $60 with shipping now it's $75. is that right? I just want to make sure before I process the payment. Thanks Vin

Pardon my threadjacking this, but I have the exact same issue with my Payment processing. I didn't cash-in the $30 rebate on my GTX480 yet EVGA seems to assume that I did. Mike, I have sent you e-mail as you instructed the OP to do.

You might have to upload your invoice or receipt and send in your payment via CC'd ....... And I have heard nothing back from EVGA I have e-mailed Mike, and I have submitted a support ticket yesterday. and still nothing so they have up to tomorrow to reply as the support ticket has a 2 day return... After that, I will just be frustrated. Vin

I just checked my e-mails and had one in my junk mail folder. Jayson C answered my support ticket. reason for the change is because I am in Canada and the exchange rate take in to account... I do find is odd though as the canadian dollar has been over the greenback for well over a month though. but I guess anyone would charge you for the conversion. Vin
