This page shows both in a comparison below the 1200 pic. The 1300 has more power, less expensive, and is gold instead of platinum.

Valid points,I cannot remember why I went with the p1200 for my new build but absolutely love it.

This computer is great.
I would change nothing except case and CPU cooler.
 
And why people complain about X99 Classified Port Shield and backplate from GPU.
He install Shield and Classified GPU with backplate.
