Hi
I reside in South Africa, and i'm looking to buy the new EVGA Nvidia GTX 980. Currently there are only 2 official suppliers of EVGA in South Africa, there prices for these cards are really steep. That being said i'm considering buying the GPU through Amazon(its going to cost me almost half of the price). My only concern is if the GPU is faulty when it arrives, will I be stranded in the dark in regards of exchange/support. And if support is available, am I going to deal with it through Amazon or EVGA local distributors?

Kind Regards

Hello,

In the event you need to return or exchange the product you will need to do so following Amazon's return policy. However for warranty you would work with EVGA. Since you are purchasing through a US channel but reside in Africa, you will need to send in the product to the EVGA Germany office office if warranty is ever needed.
Technical support and customer service are always available 24/7
