Just come hybrid console thing? I thought they said this was supposed to "redefine the future of gaming." Sigh I guess I was expecting too much, but IMO this doesn't change anything with the future of gaming. I rather would of liked them announcing some other things along with a new graphics card. What are everyone's opinions on Nvidia's GDC announcement?

New graphic card by NVIDIA is presented before some time GTX960. Now have something new from EVGA. 3 models GTX960 4GB.

For me that was only flaw of GTX960 if someone want GTX960 SLI 3-4GB is so welcomed option.
I would like to NVIDIA design little single slot PhysX card up to 150$ and raise PhysX details to higher level.
Off course NVIDIA to design and EVGA to prepare in nice box and shroud.

    For casuals, by casuals.

They are clearly reaching out for the extremely casual gamer or non gamer at all...

What they meant by "redefine the future of gaming" has some sense on this streaming concept that might become a thing in a distant future just like digital games is a major thing now... But it's waaaay too soon.

NVidia don't seem to know what they're doing. You could see on their presentation that they don't even know the market of console. They said the Xbox One is the most advanced console on the market and that PS2 came out on 1990's... lol
It looks like they can't even google. They simply don't know the market.

Besides, they are assuming that this thing will instantly reach out to everyone who has a TV.. their plan is to have one of these in every household without considering that internet service is an unreliable thing. Most countries in the world don't have an internet connection that will be able to keep up a gaming streaming at 1080p 60fps and 150ms (which is bad enough as it is).

It's a good and easy concept, but I think is too soon. Will require a very fast internet connection and delivery a quality bellow what I want for my gaming.

Dx 12 is reported to utilize memory so that it's not a mirrored buffer on Sli/crossfire. So what is now 4gb mirrored Sli will be 8gb utilization Sli. This is of course left to game developers to set the Sli/crossfire utilization, so it could end up a mixed bag.

Or GPU companies could "pay off" to have it made impossible, which would be [sarcasm]surprising[/sarcasm]... Hopefully we see amazing advancements. only time will tell, and prerelease information is up for interpretation of the reviewer/leaker Of said informstion.

others stuff for remote casual gamers, if no errors Nvidia is the only one maker
of tablets and consoles running SHIELD and GAMESTREAM technology

no more need to be in front of main desktop screen.

that is some of news parts in "redefine the future of gaming"

    personnal "homemade minicloud computing" ?
