They blatantly falsely advertise what was both in the game and how the game was to run. Glad people who wasted their money can get it back

So, instead of fixing the game, they're refunding for it. Sounds about typical.

I got my refund after playing just a couple hours of the game. But my friend still has it and I just play the game through the account. He's debating whether to get a refund. I can say though that the several patches that came out has improved the performance of the game. Most noticeably that it supports SLI now and I can play at 4K smoothly. But it is still missing all the other stuff that the initial trailers were showing off and the interviews where features were talked about. It's a shame. My next space game will be Star Citizen, but even with that game I'm not going to consider getting it until patch 3.0 is released sometime in December/January.

I got 30 hrs on the clock and just asked for a refund on steam. I never asked for a refund on a game before but this is just not the game I was sold.

Refund denied because I have over the 2 hour limit they allow. Oh well. Guess that report is false.

AcesofDeath7 The article states: Steam’s official refund policy states the following. “Valve will, upon request via help.steampowered.com, issue a refund for any reason, if the request is made within fourteen days of purchase, and the title has been played for less than two hours.”

I did. I put my reason as not being the game that was advertised and poor performance. I was denied. Their reason being I played more then the 2 hour limit.
