    No diff than that kid getting upset at his father deleting the kids Distiny characte/acct, if I would of crossed my father, well.....
     
    Just saying, crap these days is just getting more dumb, it's like not even adults are held responsible. So, why would large corporations be held to a higher standard?
     
     
    Oops, we lost your crap, our bad. When it's the customer's that ,continue to support these companies with their wallets, and y'all wonder why companies continue be such crap, when they no longer have to try to keep your business...

    You'll find today that a lot of companies are lacking in technical skill - despite the product they're supporting.
    I'm not covering for anybody here but IT skills demands are still growing significantly and typically there's not enough scope to support it all...
     
    Defense mode and building these stupid "you break it we refuse you support" policies exist because of this reason.
    This isn't a problem that'll go away, in fact it is going to get much worse as the gap in skills and experience increases...
