I imagine there's not as much demand for this card because of it's blower style fan. Is it safe to assume the queue for this card is considerably shorter than 08G-P4-6181-KR or is every card on the same queue? If they are separate queues, does 08G-P4-5180 have a memory/mosfet cooling plate? I wouldn't mind switching to this instead since I'm just going to put a universal water block on it.

I'm also curious to know about the MOSFET cooling plate for the 08G-P4-5180-KR. Did you ever get an answer on this?

The wait for this card is considerably LONGER than the founders edition. This cooler is much more efficient than the cooler on the founders edition, and with the 1080's already having heat issues, most of us went for that. I have been in queue since the second day possible and still nothing. Also, I don't believe it has the MOSFET cooling plate on the non-ACX version. That is an ACX feature.

I don't think these are available from retailers yet even. I'm waiting for these in my step up but I expect it to take a while.

I have been in the queue for this card since launch day for the 1080. I am growing impatient. I have a Business trip to Brazil in early August (I wish I can go to the Olympics instead) and I want this to be taken care of before then.

Anybody actually got this card yet? Or seen any reviews? Or knows if it actually exists? I mean... if EVGA builds a new blower and nobody hears about it.. its gotta be superiously stealthy, right?!

yeah if you logged into the asia / EU site it gave you your position. I'm assuming they disallowed it because of people like me who post exclusively about their hot position in line

came here to post this. so disappointed though - no mans sky drops tomorrow and i'm gonna have to send my card in at some point... i was hoping i wouldn't see my new step up for at least another month or two lol
