The specs published on your web site indicate that this card supports up to 2560x1600. No mention of HDMI and Displayport outs.
nVidia's site says the GTX680 is capable of 4K @ 60Hz on Displayport. 24Hz on HDMI.
My question is whether this is true on the EVGA product (I have the FTW 4G version) but just unpublished?
If the answer is yes, then I have an additional question:
I currently run an HP LP3065 display for my desktop and an InFocus IN82 projector for my second monitor in a video production setup. This is a studio setup like a small theater/screening room for directors/clients to participate in the editing process.
Presently, I have 2560x1600 on the LCD panel with my timelines and Adobe Premiere CS6 menus. Edited video goes out "Adobe Monitor 2", which is display 2, the projector, at 1080P.
If I upgrade the desktop monitor to the new LG 4K display on Displayport, will the GTX680 continue to be capable of outputting the 1080P to the projector on the DVI port? Or is there a hard cap on the screen dimensions and addressable pixels across all displays? Windows 7 64 bit is the OS, BTW and I usually run in desktop extension mode.
