EVGA PrecisionX 15 has "issues" (you can search about) and EVGA has suspended downloading..You can find it elsewhere if you search for it, but i'm not linking you to it here..Yes, the EVGA download page for PrecisionX 15 could use a little better wording.
 
The last version of PrecisionX before PrecisionX 15 was PrecisionX v4.2.1 and you can find it other places if you search for it..However, v4.2.1 has no OSD support for 64-bit games..In the meantime, if you want to use MSI Afterburner which does have OSD support for 64-bit games along with the latest version of RivaTuner Statistics Server until the PrecisionX "issues" are resolved you can get it here.

That was one of those '95% posts' I hoped he would find. Bravo.

This new user displayed an impressive skill by being able to determine the proper forum section for asking this question, but unfortunately did not read some of the other threads in this section which have similar titles and already contain answers similar to yours.

I see that our approach is different. You welcome everyone with open arms and then silently ignore them or rebuke them later once they get a bunch of posts under their belt. I subtly rebuke them from the onset to encourage a standard.  Please do not sigh at me. Which skill do you find more valuable in life? The skill to ask a question and listen to an answer but lack perspective to perceive the merit of the answer received, or the skill of inquisitiveness where answers are found by one's own merit and each problem gains perspective and context.
 
I could have easily spoon fed -- even copy/pasted if I wanted -- the same information and links for this user which are found in those other threads.  Instead, I encouraged this user to find the information for himself so that he could acquaint himself better with his surroundings and perhaps learn the answers to questions which he doesn't even yet know are questions.
