Well someone just handed me a Dell Latitude D620 today, its a little old I know but it works, and more importantly it was upgraded to 4gb of ram by the previous owner. Now what to do with it lol

You can probably find a cheap processor upgrade for it.

its got a T7200 in it, the top cpu is a T7600 and I dont think its worth it lol

Try it hard wired. Maybe it's the wifi.
Try playing a video file on it's hard drive if you think it's the GMA950

I'd make sure the OS is functional and fresh, everything works then sell it and make a bit of money on it.

We get that kind of stuff too when people have no use for it anymore and they upgrade to something new. Works well!

this was a gift from a friend, told me to use it since my laptop got taken over by the misses and I'm no longer allowed to use it, hell I'm not even sure where she put it lol.

I'd keep it for a backup machine. Might seem useless now, but when your primary machine has an issue, it'll be useful.

+1, You can't google the problem if your primary isn't working and you don't have a backup.
