James I'm gonna suggest that you add Wprime to your collection of memory benching.

    Good review though, thanks!

    An absolutely excellent suggestion, Halo
Interesting program I've not come across before...Is the 32M test roughly the same as SuperPi?

The 1024M test in Wprime is about equal to the 32m SuperPi test, and the 32m Wprime is a bit faster than the SuperPi 1m test.

Also you can check out Pifast, and SiSoftSandra, both are free. For a full list of benches you can check here, and get instructions, download links, records, and other info:

Note: In order to compare to the results at Hwbot you need to be using the 1.55 version, not anything newer.

I looked into Sandra awhile ago, and if I remember correctly without actually purchasing it there's not much available in terms of benchmarking

Here's a look of everything you can do, it's quite useful I have SiSoft Sandra 2010 Lite(free).

pretty much the most in depth benchmark when it comes to tuning an entire system. You can do everything without purchasing.

You may also want to check Cinebench, I believe you used that before though.. But I think, not positive, that RAM speeds help it. I know it uses up to 4.8GB of my RAM when I run it anyways.

Yeah I've used Cinebench 11.5 for processor reviews...although it could be implemented into the memory category certainly

I have the Viper II Sector 7 DDR2000 kit (2x 12GB kits) and I cannot get 6 sticks to post above 1600mhz.  Do you have any suggestions?  If I can't post, is this a voltage issue?

Do you have the timings using 2T?

Yes-- do I have a voltage issue then?  It's just a no post situation.

That's what I'm thinking. Try putting CPU VTT Vcore to 0mV, then go up from there until it posts. My assumption is it will take around +200/+250.
