Scammers in TS3?

So there was someone named MajorNMP asking for donations to keep the server running. He whispered everyone in the server asking for donations. This was about 9:30p Pacific today.

My Rig:
Mobo: EVGA P67 FTW
CPU: Intel i7 2600k
Main GPU: EVGA GTX 580
RAM: G.Skill Snipers 1600 2x4GB
PSU: Corsair 850HX 
SSD: Samsung 830 128GB
HDDs: Samsung F3 1TB x2 and F4 2TB x2
Sound Card: ASUS Xonar DX
Case: Corsair 650D

    I'll ask someone to pull up the "Logs" and check it out. Thanks for letting us know. Try to post here right away next time something like this happens. I would like to catch them in the act if I can.    =)

    It would be a good idea for evga to add a message to the TS3 MoTD for a week or two, saying EVGA will never ask for donations. (something like that)
     
    It wouldn't hurt to add a message like that to the lobby channel description box.

    That will definitely be something we're adding after this little mess.
     
    Just to confirm, we don't need donations to keep our TS3 running
